Silt is the sediment left by rivers after flooding: its chemical composition varies, depending on the mineral and geological nature of the basin, on the bed of rivers and streams, or even on the period of flooding or shortage. Our silt comes the Brenta river, in the Trentino-Alto Adige region.
Silt is an excellent cosmetic raw material, particularly suitable for the preparation of masks and muds for impure skins with a hyperseborrheic tendency.
