The Musk Rose is a fragrant, thorny shrub that grows in the American wilderness, particularly in Chile and throughout the Andes Mountains. The oil is produced by cold pressing the seeds of its fruit, known as Rosehip.
The oil is rich in polyunsaturated essential fatty acids, such as linoleic and linolenic acid: these substances are essential for the regenerating processes of cell membranes and the renewal of cutaneous tissues. In fact, Rosehip has regenerating and healing properties. Moreover, the oil contains vitamin A, which has a proven rejuvenating and anti-wrinkles effect.
